Energetic Kinesiology is a powerful alternative health therapy that uses BOTH Ancient Eastern wisdom/healing arts and Western Physiological health Sciences. By using muscle bio feedback to gather information, Kinesiology can work on a wide range of Issue’s. Quantum Physics is showing us that we are both physical matter and energy. Our physical body collectively is made up of atoms, yet within these atoms are other particles of energy, constantly spinning and vibrating. We are much more than what we perceive ourselves to be. Prolonged stress and negative thoughts/feelings affect our physiology and our energy/vibration, slowing us down, and creating disharmony within our body and minds. Meet Whopper Junior 🩵

We found this little cutie yesterday afternoon, under a tree, head peaking out of a Hungry Jacks paper bag, (maybe he was looking for food), lying pretty listless.

We searched for any signs of Mumma or any other kittens, sadly there was nothing to see or hear to indicate that.

In a bag, outside a dog park, in an industrial estate, at only 6-8wks of age 😢

A quick trip to the vet to see if he belonged to anyone, had been reported missing and that he was in good health.

Under the circumstances of the find, the staff felt it strongly indicated abandonment.

Unfortunately, with two dogs, one who’s palliative and my mum having Alzheimer’s, we just can’t keep him, but omg my heart soooo wants to 😢

After asking around I was directed to many rescue centres that help with situations like this.

What an amazing job all the volunteers of various animal rescue organisations do.
All these centres are a full capacity or overflowing, and yet they still answered, gave guidance and offered so much support.

Whopper Junior is adorable, loving and extremely smart, and who ever adopts him will be truly blessed.
He is being collected this evening and my heart is heavy, he really got under my skin and into my heart in just 24 short hours.

Heartfelt thanks to for taking this little bundle into your expert care.

The world can be harsh, cruel!
But there is always way more beauty, love and kindness to counteract that, thank God 🙏🏼 💫💗

This morning I woke feeling very stuck/disheartened, not a great feeling!

So, I done a quick Kinesiology balance,
1: to see what was going on under the surface and
2: to shift that icky energy so I could move forward from it.

By self muscle testing, I was led to my brow chakra, this where the energy was talking to me, where the issue lay around my perceptions.

The emotions were: heavy, hopelessness, loneliness.

Without going into personal details, these were bang on!

I shifted those heavy emotions with sound via tuning forks, a Brow chakra flower essence, Aura Soma No 14 (The sweetness of Spirit) Rose essential oil on specific points and finally a clearing spray of White Sage and Rose to uplift and calm.

It’s starting to shift and that feels good, so good 👌🏼💗💫

Last weekend we held the last Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology Course for 2025.

I usually take lots of photos but this course I didn’t, it didn’t feel right to do so, as something so sacred was unfolding and to bring something as invasive as photos in just felt unaligned.

There is no such thing as coincidence, the right people always come together, at the right time!, and those that aren’t meant to be in that moment will somehow, perfectly, be delayed or sent in a different direction…. There are no mistakes when dealing with a force that is greater than ourselves.

I believe Spirit and a deceased loved one perfectly orchestrated this weekend in order to deliver much love, insight, support, release and guidance…. And much more ✨💫✨

Those in the unseen organised events this weekend and I am truly grateful to have witnessed and been part of such an expression of love from beyond the veil….. it doesn’t matter how many times I see Spirit work, it always gives me goosebumps, and it feels wonderful 🥰

Hi my name is Linda Allen, I am a Kinesiologist with an Advanced Diploma, I utilize my Kinesiology skills and my Spiritual gifts to help people who are experiencing a sense of sadness and disconnection to themselves due to abandonment, rejection or the loss of a significant person in their lives.

Together we work to release those feelings of anger, resentment and confusion that come up when they feel totally isolated and alone, helping them to step forward in life and form healthy future relationships.

Quantum Physics is showing us that we are both physical matter and energy. Our physical body collectively is made up of atoms, yet within these atoms are other particles of energy, constantly spinning and vibrating. We are much more than what we perceive ourselves to be.

Our emotions are energy which have a direct impact on our physical body and our lives.
