πŸ’ RED FEB – HEART HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH πŸ’

Heart Disease is Australia’s single biggest killer, with one person dying across the country every 30 minutes. Would you know if someone was having a heart attack or know what to do if it happened? Check out the Heart Research Australia webpage https://www.heartresearch.com.au as they have a lot of resources and free tools that you might find helpful.

Our CCIProgram Team is currently offering an amazing involvement opportunity that can help with heart research. We are searching for someone to work in a team, with a longstanding Consumer Representative and the research team who are investigating the effects of rehabilitation strategies after heart attacks. This position will ensure a second community voice is embedded into the study.

The successful applicant will contribute to the implementation of the research plan, the intervention resource development and evaluation. No lived experience required but an interest in the subject matter would be preferable.
