The neutral-grip dumbbell press is vital for women because it keeps the shoulders in a safer, more natural position while still targeting the chest, triceps, and front delt.

By turning the palms to face each other and keeping the elbows close to the ribs the shoulder joint stays more stable and reduces unnecessary strain on the rotators of the shoulder.

The Romanian Deadlift (RDL) for the ladies ❤️👠..

The RDL is one of the most powerful lifts women can use to build strength and confidence.

It targets the posterior chain with emphasis on the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back, helping to create a toned, strong lower body while improving posture and core stability.

Because it emphasises hip hinging rather than heavy knee flexion, the RDL builds functional strength that carries over to everyday life, developing serious lower-back strength while boosting athletic performance.

Working through a longer range of motion, it targets the lats, lower chest, triceps, serratus and abdominals all at once, helping create a toned, athletic upper body.
