The internet is full of information alot of which tends to confuse people when it comes to nutrition. ..

We are all unique, not all foods and diets suit everybody, the key is to get a tailored nutritional PLAN not a diet to suit your body and lifestyle...

You might have a great plan on paper but your job or lifestyle factors may not suit your plan. ...
