☆ Use variation with hand placement and exercise selection.

☆ Train your forearms and increase grip strength with the use of fat grips on your DBs and BBs.

☆ Train the triceps and biceps in their lengthened and shortened positions, resistance behind the body, and resistance in front of the body.

☆ Use bang for your buck exercises like pull-ups, heavy pressing, and dips on your main upper body days.
