𝗨𝗣𝗖𝗬𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗥𝗧: 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀 ♻️👗👖
Turn old clothes into fresh, fun, and fabulous creations! Upcycling can boost your mental well-being, reduce waste, and help the planet. 🌎🎨

𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱:
🛍 Find old clothes at op-shops or in your cupboard.
✂️ Grab scissors, glue, needle & thread—supermarkets sell these!
📲 Watch online tutorials or join a community craft group.

𝗧𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀:
👜 No-sew T-Shirt Tote Bag – Cut the sleeves and collar off of T-Shirt (these are your handles). At the bottom the shirt, cut long slits and tie knots to seal the bag (this creates a fringe).
🎀 Hair Scrunchies – Sew leftover fabric into hair ties.
👖 Patchwork Jeans – Add colourful fabric patches.
👗 Dress-to-Skirt Transformation – Convert an old dress into a stylish skirt.
🛏 T-Shirt Quilt – Turn old tees into a cozy blanket!

Share your creations with us by tagging in your posts. 😊

REMEMBER: You don’t have to be good at art for the arts to be good for you. Do the art that makes YOU feel GOOD. TRY for two hours per week. It could make a difference to your mental health. Good Arts, Good Mental Health.
