✨ Meet the newest member of our Rosie Disability Services family! ✨
We’re thrilled to welcome Olivia to the Rosie Disability Services team! Olivia holds a Bachelor of Honours Degree in Adult Nursing and has over 12 years of experience working in the healthcare sector in the UK. She spent four years specialising in oncology, supporting individuals and their families through complex and challenging health journeys. This experience strengthened her skills in care coordination, advocacy, and navigating complex systems.
Olivia brings a compassionate, person-centred approach to her work, always placing the individual at the heart of decision-making. Her clinical background gives her a strong understanding of complex, chronic, and progressive health needs, which translates well to supporting participants with high-intensity needs within the NDIS.
Having also experienced the challenges of navigating the NDIS from a personal perspective, Olivia is passionate about helping families better understand the system and access the supports they need to improve quality of life.
Olivia moved to Perth in December with her husband and two boys to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and sunshine Western Australia has to offer. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, exploring Perth’s beautiful scenery, visiting parks, and watching her husband play rugby.
