Had a big change of plans we were supposed to fly to Miami and flight got cancelled. We had to fly to New York Janice’s Boyfriend lives in Connecticut in a beautiful house. I was not dressed for snow so we had to borrow boots and jackets. A big change from the Caribbean and San Diego.
Had a lot of fun and another flight back to San Diego.
2 more days and the long flight home.

Having fun in our last Island stop this Island is called St Vincent. Not as nice as the other Islands but you get the feel if the island.
Barbados is where we get off the ship and we had a lovely guy show us around the island. Barbados is a very busy little city. Flying to Miami and back to San Diego.

Just went for my daily walk by the river trying to ground myself by putting my feet in the sand. Feels really good my big problem will be getting the sand off my feet and my butt.
It helps to destress you. So if feeling stressed you need to get to nature and get your feet and hands in the dirt.

This morning I have done 20 laps in the pool and 20 minute sauna, while I am in the sauna I try to meditate it is really quiet and the heat and the smell of the wood makes you feel good.
I have been doing this for a week so need to keep on track.

Hi Everyone I have just combined my two Instagram accounts.

My favorite cleansing juice beetroot, carrot, apple and mint.
I am cleansing for two days but three days creates a lot more healing.
