Just went for my daily walk by the river trying to ground myself by putting my feet in the sand. Feels really good my big problem will be getting the sand off my feet and my butt.
It helps to destress you. So if feeling stressed you need to get to nature and get your feet and hands in the dirt.

This morning I have done 20 laps in the pool and 20 minute sauna, while I am in the sauna I try to meditate it is really quiet and the heat and the smell of the wood makes you feel good.
I have been doing this for a week so need to keep on track.

Hi Everyone I have just combined my two Instagram accounts.

My favorite cleansing juice beetroot, carrot, apple and mint.
I am cleansing for two days but three days creates a lot more healing.
