This black granite laser-etched memorial plaque was recently completed and installed at Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park for one of our lovely clients. Our Story

Forever Shining is a family owned memorial business and we love what we do. Started in 2005 by owner and founder Albert De Boer and Alan Burman. The personalised memorial concept was established by the tragic loss of Alan’s daughter who was diagnosed with a brain tumour. It was after her death that Albert and Alan discovered the memorial industry was lacking choice and didn’t truly reflect the life of Alan’s little girl. This was when Albert and Alan realised that family and friends want beautiful, stylish, personalised and long lasting monuments to remember their loved ones.

Forever Shining now aspires to revitalise the memorial industry and bring it into 21st century.

Our goal is to create memorials that are creative and innovative. We understand that losing someone is difficult, that is why we created memorial design online systems, that allow you to create something for your loved one in the comfort of your own home. We design with the belief that every person deserves to have their life celebrated and shared.

Our work has been recognised by the ABC’s Television Show ‘The New Inventors’.
