Hi guys! Its Mikayla 👋

I loved coming in to my 2nd ever Physio Led Pilates Class

Here's the difference I noticed from a standard Pilates class:
- It felt like I was better supported in my past injuries & weak spots
- Smaller classes made it feel more like a community
- Correct and clear technique was given
- I got to use my private health as part of the payment

And of course it was fun doing a class led by one of my work pals! ☺️

Clamshell progressions 🔑

A simple exercise used in physio to strengthen the glute medium and improve hip stability

Progression:
No band - Banded - Elevated

✅️ Keep the pelvis still
✅️ Slow controlled movements
✅️ Progressions once 12-15 reps feels easy
