The clinic is closed from 22nd April - 7th May while I take a short break to recharge and ensure I can continue offering you the best care.

🌿 Health Tip While I'm Away:
Take a few minutes each day to slow your nervous system down. Try this simple reset:
• Sit comfortably
• Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds
• Exhale gently for 6 seconds
• Repeat for 2–3 minutes
This can help reduce tension, improve sleep, and support your body’s natural healing — just like I aim to do in clinic.
