Big shoutout to the best team for bringing our long awaited Jane's Care Christmas lunch to life last Friday! It was so nice to gather, share a meal, and catch up with everyone. Not all faces made it into the photos, but the whole team made the day unforgettable. 🎄

New faces, same passion!

It’s that time of year again at Jane’s Care and we welcome our second group of Occupational Therapy students from Edith Cowan University for their placement at Jane’s Care.

What began as a small idea from our Case Manager Bailey has grown into a tradition where Jane’s Care commits to creating a supportive learning environment for the placement students.

We couldn’t stop laughing while filming a simple 54 second video with our amazing team😂. Sometimes a good laugh really is the best kind of care.

RU OK? Day 💛

The rain didn't stop our amazing participants from joining in! We painted flowerpots, planted seeds , and enjoyed party pies and sausage rolls.

We ended the day by picking and sharing little motivational quotes which was a reminder to each of us as to why we matter!

Last Friday and Saturday was amazing! We’ve had wonderful chats with people from all walks of life about our services, NDIS questions, and so much more. 💬💡A huge shoutout to our Engagement Team Bailey and Richard for smashing it today engaging with everyone and sharing loads of helpful info! 🙌

A slow start to a strong day 🧘

This morning our participant Maddie started her day with a calm and relaxing yoga session with her support worker Lu and Case Manager Yangchen.

It's always beautiful to see our team and participants connect through moments like these which are mindful, meaningful, and full of positive energy.

They say that even the smallest act of kindness creates ripples that reach far beyond what we can see.

Today, we are reminded of this truth through Sam's beautiful gesture.

Sam generously donated magazines and crafting kits for our recreational hall, saying, "We thought it would be nice to have more reading magazines for those who visit the rec hall."

Thank you, Sam, for your thoughtfulness and for bringing a sense of connection to our community.
