✨️✨️✨️ Our intention is for your experience to be as immersive as possible and we do this by walking in between the mats with our Sound instruments. We ask you to bring minimal belongs so that the little bit of floor space that is left remains as uncluttered and hazard free.✨️✨️✨️

Mats - blankets - bolster - blocks and eyes bags supplied .

Wear comfortable clothes and bring some water.

Phones - Please switch off or put them on silent before entering The Shala 🙏
