2025 taught me that growth isn’t always pretty & loud.

Sometimes it looks like walking away.
Sometimes it looks like listening to your body before it breaks.
Sometimes it looks like choosing safety over intensity, and self-respect over approval.

Consistency, for me, isn’t about discipline or obsession but staying connected to my body, especially when life gets loud, social, and overstimulating.

BALANCE, BABY.

New year doesn’t need new pressure. It needs better balance.

Consistency isn’t created by forcing yourself to do more but more about learning how to sustain yourself.

Push when it’s time.
Rest when it’s needed.
Care for your body and your mind.

Train hard but recover properly.
Work with focus but switch off without guilt.
Show up but without abandoning yourself.

Discipline isnt strictness but being self-aware what you need RIGHT NOW and doing it.

Thats how progress continues past January.

I see so many women pushing themselves to the limit every single week. Same routine, same expectations, same pressure and then collapsing, wondering why they “can’t keep up.” Honey, you’re not meant to.

And even worse? Comparing fitness, energy, or progress to their male partner or friends.

We are not built the same and that’s the whole point!

Women generally have smaller lungs, so our heart beats faster to meet the body’s oxygen needs.
Our resting heart rate is higher.
Mens muscles are built more for power and explosiveness

We will never be “equal” in physiology but we carry strengths men don’t.

Women have:
✨ A higher pain tolerance
✨Womens muscles are built more for endurance and resilience
✨ Greater resistance to fatigue
✨ A deeper intuitive awareness of the body
✨ A nervous system that feels and responds to safety
✨ A sensitivity that becomes a superpower when honoured
✨ A cyclical rhythm that amplifies energy in waves

Your body isn’t failing you.
You’re simply trying to live on a schedule that wasn’t designed for you.

Instead of planning your life weekly… plan it around your cycle.

During your follicular + ovulation phases go heavier, go social, hit PBs, create, move, expand.

During your luteal + menstrual phases slow down, soften, rest, reflect, nourish, and reset.

This is not weakness.
This is wisdom.
This is feminine power.

Your body is trying to guide you every single day, week and month. Start listening 💛
