Seasonal Update
We are currently in the fifth season of Late Summer in Chinese Medicine 5 element theory.
The warm humid days tend to create damp heat and Spleen disharmonies. This effectively means digestive issues, coughs and sinus congestion, fatigue and sluggish energy. These are all symptoms related to damp accumulation. We have treatment options that can assist you at this time.
Ann is off on an adventure in Europe for the next 4 months and we wish her a fantastic journey.
Our latest Doctor of Acupuncture Chinese Medicine to join the STA Team is Inna Kellner. Inna is an excellent practitioner with fabulous experience and we are delighted she is joining the STA Team.
