Happy New Year everyone, I hope you're off to a great start in 2023. I'd like to announce our first Rooftop Retreat for new year coming up on 1st Feb. This may be our one and only retreat this season so please make the most it and join in if you can!

Well that's a wrap folks! Thank you all for a fabulous season of Rooftop Yoga. Thank you for your time, commitment and beautiful smiles both in the early mornings and evenings. Each time we come together we create something special. We'll be back with more classes and events some time in November.

Rooftop Yoga lovers!

YOGA CANCELLED TOMORROW

Hi Everyone,

I have to cancel tomorrow’s class unfortunately. My son is a close contact and my family and I had to get tested for COVID today. I have to isolate until I receive the results which won’t come through till tomorrow.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Hopefully we’ll be back into it next week for the final few practices!

One of the best gifts you can give yourself during this busy time of year is an hour of mindful movement practice. Come and join me for a delightful vinyasa flow before the new year.

We will be taking some time off over Xmas and will recommence classes from 11th Jan 2022.

Wow what an amazing Friday night at our Rooftop Retreat. So many beautiful souls coming together to create MAGIC. I LOVE my job.
