As you get older, maintaing your strength and balance is vital.

We are now offering Exercise Physiology classes every Tuesday at 10am at The Greendale Centre.

And the good news is, if you have private health cover, you may receive a benefit to cover some or all of the cost. Check with your private health insurer.

In need of a little connection and laughter?

When the ladies get together for craft group on a Monday, it’s more than just creative expression. It’s sharing stories, having a giggle, and enjoying a cuppa in good company.

If you’d like to re-ignite your artistic talents, why not come down to the Greendale Centre on Mondays for Art (9-11am) or for craft from 10am to 2pm. The more the merrier.

Lunch then Bingo every Monday, - why not give it a go?

Every Monday from 1 to 4pm we run Bingo in our dining room at The Greendale Centre. A lot of our guests love to grab an affordable meal and then stay for an afternoon of Bingo.

It’s a great way to keep your mind active and your soul connected with like minded friends.

We have some pretty clever artists who love to get together on a Monday at The Greendale Centre and have a good laugh whilst they are here.

You don’t need to be experienced - we welcome seniors who are keen to learn and express their creativity.

Join our next art class every Monday from 9 to 11am.
