Caversham home:
4x2 in Friendly neighbourhood, close to local parks, shops, and public transport - short drive from Caversham Village and the Swan Valley.
2 vacancies available for female participants.

Ellenbrook 1 home:
Modern 4x2 within easy reach of local amenities, including parks, shopping centres, and public transport.
2 vacancies available for female participants.

Ellenbrook 2 home:
Spacious 4x2 directly adjacent to Vasse Park and local shops, transport and all amenities are very close by.
2 vacancies available.

Aveley:
4x2 modern home, close to shops and local parks.
1 vacancy available.

Warwick home:
Spacious 3x2 home, located, in a quiet cul-de-sac, in between Warwick Grove Shopping Centre, and Warwick Train Station.
1 vacancy available for a female participant.

Baldivis home:
Modern, spacious 4x2 with pool, close to shops, amenities and public transport.
3 vacancies.

Forrestfield home:
Spacious 3x1 home, 2 living spaces. Only 1.2km from the local shopping centre and close to local transport
2 male participants currently occupy. 1 vacancy available.

Yanchep:
Newly built, modern 4x2 home.
3 vacancies available.

We are currently recruiting for experienced, female support workers for our female participants in our SIL Homes in Warwick and Ellenbrook. Looking for staff with immediate availability. Must have current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, First Aid Certificate and Driver's Licence, valid Australian Visa. I would like to provide an update on our current capacity for NDIS supports.

We have vacancies at the 4 homes listed below.

Warwick home - Badrick Street:
Spacious 3x2 home, located, in a quiet cul-de-sac, in between Warwick Grove Shopping Centre, and Warwick Train Station.
1 vacancy available for female participant.

Ellenbrook Home - Vasse Gardens:
Spacious 4x2 home. Located close to parks, shops, and transport.
1 male participant currently occupies. 2 vacancies available for male participants.

Forrestfield home - Bauhinia Road:
Spacious 3x1 home, 2 living spaces. Only 1.2km from the local shopping centre and close to local transport.
2 male participants currently occupy. 1 vacancy available.

Aveley Home - Pesto Street:
Spacious 4x2 home. Close proximity to local shops and Swan Valley's cafes and restaurants.
2 male participants currently occupy. 1 room available for Respite.

Our dedicated team delivers exceptional care, supporting you every step of the way and enhancing your independence and community participation. We offer personalized quality care, from short-term assistance to long-term independent living solutions. Our qualified support workers and nurses ensure you remain safe, connected, and comfortable. Additionally, we provide engaging and innovative NDIS-approved group activities catering to various interests and abilities.

Role Description
This is a casual role for a Disability Support Worker located in Burns Beach, WA. The Disability Support Worker will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living activities, implementing care plans, and ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals. Day-to-day tasks include supporting clients with physical and mental health needs, promoting independence, facilitating community participation, and maintaining accurate records of care provided. Effective communication with clients, families, and team members is essential. Primarily this role is to support a female in her late 60's who has Parkinson's Disease.

Qualifications
Experience as a Support Worker and strong Interpersonal Skills
Understanding of Safeguarding practices and effective Communication skills
Proficiency in providing Technical Support related to disability care
Compassionate, patient, and reliable work ethic
Relevant qualifications in disability support or a related field
First Aid certification and a valid driver's license.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Currently living in Perth, WA.
Full working rights to work in Australia.

Due to the participant's disability and issues with memory and cognition, the family have requested that the Support Worker have English as a first language and not have a strong accent as the participant will struggle to understand.

Must be available for shift every Wednesday 11am - 7pm.
