💊 Meet Jenna – Our Intern Pharmacist & Resident TechWhiz!

Jenna is our brilliant Intern Pharmacist and woman of many talents here at Gerald Burns Pharmacy. If something’s not working, she’s usually the one to fix it!

She’s also the Social Butterfly of the Pharmacy — loves to have a joke and a laugh, bringing energy and fun to every shift. Jenna builds amazing relationships with both customers and staff, always finding common ground, sharing personal anecdotes, and remembering the little things about everyone.

Jenna is a keen learner, absorbing knowledge from our other clever pharmacists and showing real interest in new initiatives, innovation, and expanding her skills. Over the past year, she’s discovered a passion for gut health and natural medicines, thrown herself into creative initiatives like starting our social media, and helped lead Women’s Mastering Menopause Night.

Motivated, determined, and endlessly curious — we’ll be sad to see her go when she finishes her internship and becomes a fully qualified pharmacist later this year, but we couldn’t be prouder of all she’s accomplished! 🌟💚

💊 Meet Jenna – Our Intern Pharmacist & Resident TechWhiz!

Jenna is our brilliant Intern Pharmacist and woman of many talents here at Gerald Burns Pharmacy. If something’s not working, she’s usually the one to fix it — our resident TechWhiz (most of the time!).

She’s also the friendly chatterbox of the pharmacy — always smiling, always up for a chat, and building amazing relationships with our customers (we’re pretty sure she likes them even more than she likes us!). She loves having a joke and a laugh, bringing energy and fun to every shift.

Over the past year, Jenna has discovered a passion for gut health and natural medicines, thrown herself into creative initiatives like starting our social media, and helped lead Women’s Mastering Menopause Night.

Motivated, determined, and endlessly positive — we’ll be sad to see her go when she finishes her internship and becomes a fully qualified pharmacist later this year, but we couldn’t be prouder of all she’s accomplished! 🌟💚

Jean is one of our incredible pharmacists — and also a qualified naturopath, herbalist, and personal trainer! With her deep knowledge of natural medicines, herbs, and nutrition, she brings a truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

She’s a lifelong learner, always coming in with new ideas and teaching us new things. Her personal training qualification adds another layer to her advice, blending fitness and wellness beautifully.

Jean is super, super, super organised — notes, references, even printed copies ready for us — she’s got it all sorted! With an incredible eye for detail, she notices the small things that make a big difference. Calm, gentle, and endlessly patient, she never loses her cool — no matter how busy things get.

She’s the creative genius behind our gorgeous displays and a total Tetris master when it comes to fitting in all those OTC products 🧩. Need something? Meet Sue – Our Pharmacy Assistant Extraordinaire

Sue has been part of the pharmacy world since her teenage years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. She’s seen it all — from the classic products that have been around for decades to the latest innovations — and always knows exactly what our customers need.

With her friendly smile and warm energy, Sue makes every visit to the pharmacy feel personal. She loves a good chat and takes pride in helping every patient feel cared for and supported.

Outside of the pharmacy, Sue is a devoted mum, spending her time surrounded by her beautiful family and furry companion. We’re so lucky to have her as part of the Gerald Burns team!
