π₯2. Meal prep done for our snacks
π§Ό3. A clean house
π―4. A pretty smelling candle (does anything say clean house more than a burning candle haha πββοΈ)
AND
π§ββοΈ5. Having had a couple of hours to myself on the weekend when possible.
And while some weekends are busier than others and not all of these things always happen, having these plans in place helps give me a sense of peace that the week ahead will be a good one π

My name is Ashleigh and I am a qualified Nutritionist and Mumma to my beautiful little girl Harlow.
Being a Mumma for the last year has been so truly amazing and rewarding. There is no happier moment than seeing that beautiful little face you created every morning and watching them learn and grow every single day. However I began to feel like I needed a little something for me again, as I am sure every Mum and Dad out there can understand. I felt like it was time for me to get back to my passion of helping others to improve their health and wellness, from the inside and also the outside. It has always been so rewarding for me to be able to see someones life change before my eyes from being able to help them make positive life long changes that improve their health.
I am a big big believer that we need to fuel our bodies correctly with the right nutrition to allow optimal energy, balanced moods, a healthy gut, allow efficient exercise, maintain a healthy weight and ultimately to allow us to achieve at our best day to day. This is why I became a Nutritionist, to educate those around me on how to best fuel their bodies for their requirements, without needing to use fads or quick fixes. Healthy Nutrition is a lifestyle, something that we need to implement long term.
Recently I have become so much more aware of the fact that what we put onto our bodies has the same importance as what we are putting into our bodies. We are surrounded by and are culprit to adding so many products to our skin which contain toxins and chemicals and long term this can have a damaging affect on our bodies.
I have created my business and this page as a dedication to educating, giving tips and advice to you in regards to all things health and wellness. Most excitingly I am excited to be able to share my knowledge of Nutrition and educate you through my nutrition programs to help you reach your goals. I am also excited to be able to share and educate you all on the amazing pure, botanically created skincare and personal products which have wonderful benefits without the addition of toxins and chemicals from Arbonne.
