✨ Your story matters. ✨

Today, on R U OK? Day, we want to remind you: you are not alone.

Every one of us carries silent battles. Some days feel light, others heavy. And sometimes, just being asked “Are you okay?” can be the doorway to healing.

We see every tear, every story, every moment of courage when someone opens up. Please know that crying, sharing, or admitting you’re not okay is not weakness it’s strength. It’s how healing begins.

Every time you share, you give yourself a little more room to breathe and invite connection instead of isolation.

Let’s keep showing up for one another. A conversation can change a life.

With care and compassion,

National Reconciliation Week is a time for all Australians to reflect on our shared history, learn from the truths of the past, and commit to building a future grounded in respect, equity, and unity.

This year’s theme, “Now More Than Ever,” is a powerful reminder that the journey toward reconciliation is ongoing—and that every voice, every action, and every commitment matters. It calls on us to stand up for justice, to amplify First Nations voices, and to walk together toward a more inclusive and compassionate Australia.

Reconciliation is not a single moment—it’s a movement. And it belongs to all of us.

R U OK Day is a reminder that checking in with each other should be a daily practice. Everyone faces silent battles, and sometimes all it takes is a simple question to make a difference.

By asking 'Are you okay?' and truly listening, we open a door to connection, compassion, and support.

Remember, kindness and understanding can be the first step to helping someone through their hardest days. Let’s make every day a chance to reach out and support each other.

In Australia, International Day of the World’s Indigenous People is a special occasion to honour the rich heritage and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This day is dedicated to celebrating their unique cultures, traditions, and histories, which are integral to Australia’s identity. It’s an opportunity for all Australians to appreciate the diversity and resilience of Indigenous communities, learn about their customs, and acknowledge their vital role in shaping the nation’s past, present, and future.

Today on August 9, we come together to celebrate and support the vibrant cultures of Australia’s First Peoples.

As the bugle resounds and the poppies gently sway, let us stand together in profound gratitude. May we pay tribute to the fallen by living lives that mirror their legacy—lives steeped in empathy, resilience, and unwavering love for our fellow human beings.

This week serves as a poignant reminder of the rich diversity that forms the fabric of Australia.

Harmony Week isn’t just about recognising our differences; it’s about celebrating them. It’s a time when we appreciate the unique blend of cultures, traditions, and histories that contribute to our shared identity.

Inclusivity, respect, and a sense of belonging for everyone are at the heart of Harmony Week. It’s about fostering a society where everyone feels valued and included, regardless of their background.

As we celebrate Harmony Week, let’s remember that our diversity is our strength. It’s what makes us uniquely Australian.

Today is , a global initiative to raise awareness and promote online safety for everyone, particularly children and young people. The internet can be a wonderful place to connect, learn, and create, but it can also pose some risks to our mental health and well-being. That's why it's important to be mindful of how we use the internet and how it affects us.
