Balance Therapy Balance Therapy supports you to balance your body, physically, mentally & emotionally. Through remedial massage & movement to strengthen the body.

Amanda McCarthy, Remedial Therapist and Personal Trainer, has a passion for balancing one’s body through massage and movement. Amanda believes that reactivating or 'switching' your muscles back on, allows the body to perform at its peak again. Using remedial massage to do this and personal training to re-strengthen and increase the muscles fitness the aim of Balancing the body is achieved. Amanda has been massaging for 18 years in Remedial Therapy and Personal Training for 4 years with a thorough sporting background and knowledge of the body she understands the needs and wants of people from their body. She came up with the concept and business name “ Balance Therapy Massage and movement” through massage & exercise we can balance our body back to shape and functionality. Experience with various sporting teams from elite athletes (Tour de France cyclists, Olympians, world motor car & bike drivers, World champion fighters, Triathletes, ironmen & women, Endurance sport racers) to the busy corporate worker, mums & dads, weekend warriors, the elderly and children. Her sporting back ground is various from gymnastics, tennis, touch football, triathlons and cycling.
