Thailand and brows update ✨ Thailand was amazing ! I ended up on a 12 day health retreat followed by mono watermelon cleanse(only eating watermelon for 2 weeks 🍉 🍉🍉) feeling amazing and refreshed💛 was amazing re set 🥰 I am still cleansing eating a fully raw diet:) my neck and shoulders are healing from being hunched over your brows for the past 8 years 😅 I can do push-ups again (my back and shoulders where getting so bad pushups where hard and painful) body’s healing💛 I’m spending time creating a course that’s been in my heart for sometime, feels good to honor and take the time to create(link on my bio if you’d like more info) I will be back tattooing in September💛 ✨ enjoying this time to reset, eat healthy and exercise.
