Each week on Mindful Monday Mentoring, we explore a different theme designed to give you practical reflection, mindset, and mindfulness tools you can take off your mat and into your life.
On Monday 22 December, we’ll focus on boundaries - but in a fresh, energy-based way. It’s not just about saying ‘no’; it’s about noticing where constant doing, mental juggling, and everyday demands quietly drain your energy - and how tiny, practical boundaries can restore it.�
In this session, you’ll discover:

✨ A practical tool - your own Energy Ledger - to start to track your energy and create boundaries that work for you
✨ Mindfulness techniques to support shifts in your daily life
You’ll leave with more clarity, a practical tool, and improved confidence in how to protect your energy while staying fully engaged with your busy life.
Optional: Stay afterwards for Yin Yoga to release tension, down-regulate your nervous system, and integrate your learning.
