Reiki is a Japanese form of holistic, energy healing that uses gentle, non-invasive hand placement to channel what practitioners believe is a universal life force energy ("ki") through the hands of the practitioner to the client, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of wellbeing.

While not a replacement for conventional medicine, it is used as a complementary therapy to potentially aid in pain management, reduce anxiety, and support overall health.

Reiki can be performed hands on, hands off and even via distance.

Have heard this many times but it’s still so relevant! 💖

There was once an old man, who had the habit of taking a walk on the beach every morning, before going to work. So that he could get his mind around the things that needed to be done that day.
One morning very early, he was walking along the beach after a heavy storm, which had raged that night and the whole beach was strewn with starfish.

In the distance he saw a small boy walking in his direction. Occasionally the boy stopped, stooped, picked up something and threw it into the sea.
The boy approached and the man called out, "Good morning! May I ask, what are you doing?"
The boy looked up at the old man and replied, "I'm throwing the starfish back into the sea. The tide has washed them up on the beach and they can't get back into the sea by themselves."

The old man replied, "But there are thousands of starfish here! I'm afraid that won't make much difference".
The boy bent down, picked up another starfish and threw it into the sea as far as he could. Then he looked at the man and said with a smile, "For this one, it made a difference."

It's just a small act and a small effort. What small thing can you do for another that just makes a difference to them? It will make the world a kinder place. ❤️

There are Lots of Ascension symptoms that include fatigue, throat issues, headaches, sore eyes, blurry eyesight, disturbed digestion, sore solar plexus, achiness, humming in ears, and low immunity. Sleep is up and down as well.

This happens as we download channels of light through the body and chakra systems, spiritual energy enters us and stimulates the development of our soul. Consciousness is raised as this happens and we bridge the 8th chakra (called the Rainbow Chakra which is linked to the Enchantress/Enchanter archetype), with the upper chakras and universal energies.

A clearing process begins and helps us expand our sense of consciousness. Blocks are now releasing from your earthly self at a rapid rate. Emotional trauma linked to fear and rage is being expressed and then dissolved to create more room to tune into your True Self without these trapped emotions that limit your self-worth, power, and divine possibility.

More awakening is happening on our planet earth,
more are being released from the old fear, control, and lack paradigm.

More are being empowered to rise from one reality to another.
it is best to surrender to this process and to take it slow, rest and nourish yourself.
Self-care is needed as these three immense upgrades happen.
So open up and allow your evolving to unfold, be patient and trust. Everything is now possible!
