In my Soul Serenity Healing room, my most popular therapy (and the one I love to give the most) is Reiki. Some of you wonder what it's all about, so here's a little background info for you to share :o)

My ability to use Reiki was not “taught” in the usual sense; it was transferred to the me during an "attunement" given to me by a Reiki master and allows me to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve health and enhance the quality of life.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It’s administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have experienced miraculous and even life-changing results.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

So, to give you a little more info on the basis of Sacred Geometry vibrational healing.. in some forms of science, the whole universe is made of geometric shapes and has different roles in its makeup. This means that using shapes to heal the body is much like using the universe to heal it! 🐢🐢🐢
We believe that using shapes in the form of templates to heal the body, is one of the most powerful ways to facilitate healing - not only in the body. It can also be used to heal the earth. Remember that we are spiritual beings I. three dimensional bodies.
