Please use the back entrance at the back of the building. COST: $15 Cash or $16.50 card payment welcome | PAYG | $135 Cash or card for 10 Class loyalty pass or 5 class pass for $60 available with no expiry. * Please note* There is a 10% surcharge for card payments. No terms fees. No lock in contract. No sign up. Fitness made easy! Wear comfortable active wear and comfortable shoes. Bring a bottle of water and small sweat towel and don't forget to wear your smile 😊

We also provide Dance Fitness Classes for Corporate events, Schools, Events/Fundraisers, Parties and General Classes. You can contact us if you have any specific requests. Please contact your Dance Fitness Instructor :

To my dearest Dance Family

As 2025 comes to a close, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

What started as a dance fitness class has truly become a family community — a safe space filled with laughter, acceptance, personal growth, self expression and so much support for one another 💞

Each and every one of you showed up — not just for the music and the dance moves, but for yourselves and for each another. You brought energy, kindness, meaning and joy into the room, and that is what made this year so special 🥰

Thank you for trusting me, for dancing freely, for pushing through tough days, and for celebrating the wins — big and small. Watching you grow more confident, resiliant, and more connected to yourself and to each other has been an absolute privilege.

As we head into the new year, I hope you carry this same love for movement and music, self-care, and fun into everything you do. I can’t wait to dance, laugh, and create more amazing memories together in 2026!
