Thank you for all the love on our last post 💛
Your support means everything to us, and we’re so grateful for this community.

From *1st July* we’ve got a couple of changes to share:

1. *Aerial Yoga* – we’ll no longer be running this on a regular basis. We’ve loved flying with you, and who knows what the future holds ✨

2. *Massage* – nothing changes here! Appointments remain available for booking and while we will leave Currambine, we’ll be operating out of *two premises*:

- *Jen* will be massaging from a warm and inviting home clinic in *Tapping*

- *Jen & Suzanne* will move from Currambine to a beautiful new centre in Stirling and operate out of .recovery which we are so excited about.

Same hands, same care, just two gorgeous spaces to look after you.

Bookings stay open as usual. We'll keep everyone updated as we move forward.

As we near the end of June, we'll be farewelling our beautiful Dani, Sophie, Monique and Carolyn.
Each of these beautiful ladies have brought the most caring energy, calm and magic to this space. But until then, we still have our full team doing what they love to do so no farewell yet! ❤️

After almost 13 years, I’ve made the incredibly hard decision to close our doors here in Currambine.

This wasn’t easy. Not even close. And while we arent closing down, it was still a very hard decision to make. At the end of June we will be closing our Currambine doors, and will embark on a new adventure, a slightly new name and a new location, but same love and same care.

The main change being we unfortunately wont be offering Aerial Classes anymore after July. But where one door closes, another opens and theres always magic to be felt ✨️

The last 13 years have been an absolute dream come true. What started as a small idea became a place where we got to expand, grow, and do work we love every single day. More importantly, it became a community. Our clients, friends, neighbours and businesses who supported us— made it that.

To every person who walked through our doors, trusted us with your health, referred a mate, or just stopped for a chat: thank you. You turned a business into a family.

In the coming weeks more details will be posted, but all massage appointments and classes are still as normal for now.

From the bottom of my heart — thank you for being part of the dream.

Throwback to the beginning of the year when I got to do a headstand in 2 counties at the same time 🙌

Went all the way to the top where Austria borders Italy, and if you've ever felt the weight of ski boots... they're heavy and make headstands in the snow so much harder 🤣

Today's retreat was absolute magic ✨️

We dove deep into a guided visualisation meditation that transported us to a place of calm and clarity. This was followed with a restorative yoga 🧘‍♀️

We went through a facial cupping sequence and the lovely ladies even got thier own cupping sets and facial oil to keep. The lymphatic sequence was next, learning how to kick start the lymphatic system and invigorating the body.

After all that, we refuelled with a nourishing lunch, did a mindfulness activity that sparked joy, and ended with a floating sound bath 🌊 that just melted all our worries away.

Such a beautiful way to nourishment the body, with a beautiful group ❤️
