I'm a practicing Registered Nurse working within a critical care area, Clinical Reflexologist (Dip.) & Usui Reiki Master living in Perth, Western Australia. Reiki means 'Universal Life Energy' & is an ancient Japanese artform of spiritual healing, allowing the flow of peace inducing universal energy through to your body. Reiki energy is transferred in a series of noninvasive hand positions followed by various gentle techniques which lifts energy congestions up and out of your auric field. What is Reflexology? Reflexology involves gently applying pressure on various areas of the feet using my hands & various soothing massage techniques. This deeply tranquil therapy is based on the theory that the entire body, it's systems, glands & nerves endings (of which there are over 7000 in each foot) has a corresponding reflex point or area on the feet. As I gently 'work' specific points on your feet, congestion is released from the corresponding organ, which you may feel as heat or tingling around your body. Both therapies result in blockages of the mind, body & spirit being gently cleared & you feeling a deep sense of calm & balance as your body is eased back into alignment. When both therapies are experienced in the same session, the results are truly profound! Your session will draw to a close with vibrational aura cleansing from beautiful singing bowls along with my small batch space clearing products. SESSION PRICINGS:

🌿 Everything I offer is with your peace & calm in mind…

As remnant colds & sniffles of winter linger, a gentle reminder beautiful ones ~ when you book a session, that time is lovingly held just for you. It means another woman who may also be needing her sacred pause cannot step into that space.

Life can sometimes bring the unexpected — illness, family, or things out of our control. I completely understand. Yet, my booking policy still gently applies: cancellations within 48 hours do not allow deposits to carry forward, as the space has already been reserved with you in mind.

This isn’t shared with anything but care. By honouring these boundaries, you help me to continue holding this sanctuary for you, and for every woman who walks through the door.

This incredibly tranquil session weaves together soothing Swedish massage across the upper back & down either side of the spine, releasing muscle tensions & inflammation that restricts our 31 pairs of spinal nerves from flowing freely out to all areas of our body.

Following this, you will sink even deeper into relaxation with our nurturing scalp work, releasing tension and encouraging circulation.

Gentle facial massage & reflexology with pressure points follows…. Don’t worry, I will wake you to reposition & then you’ll be quickly back into the magical space of meditation again!

So often in motherhood, we’re taught to pour from an empty cup… to wear exhaustion like a badge of honour.

But true motherhood, in its most sacred form, doesn’t ask us to abandon ourselves.

It invites us to soften, to listen inward, and to honour our own spirit as part of the greater whole.

Your needs for rest, care & soul-nourishment are not indulgent — they are essential.
