Hi everyone! How have we all been doing out there? It’s been a little quiet here at the old musclemed head quarters. Just wanted to let you know that my prices have stayed the same and I also offer 30 and 45 min appointment options also helping with most injuries too. Not even lying……. My thumb completely ripped the bulb off the glass and just left the stem. The female waitress asked for my autograph and I was left a tip…. I don’t know how my thumb did that but I guess it’s all the massages 💪 😂😂🤌🇮🇹🍷

Im off to the land of nonnas ! …. Where I will eat my body weight in cannolis and when every hour is aperol spritz o’clock! This is a very belated 40th trip and I’m so excited! I will be back trading Oct 13th but I’m am totally available the whole time to make appointments/reschedule etc. I will always be contactable so don’t feel bad!…. How will I pay for all these cannolis otherwise 🤌🤌🤌 I will be posting stories of my trip but feel free to block me if the envy is real….. also… how big do my arms look on this pic 😂 cameras are wild . 40 years around the sun on Wednesday. I’ve spent most of my 30’s with you. Looking forward to spending my roaring 40’s with you too. Finishing up today but back on the 30th Dec. I just can’t leave for too long 😆 have a fabulous Xmas my lovelies. Here’s to a great 2025 . Love Michelle xx

From the heart, thank you all for another great year together. I’ll never get tired of saying how much I love what I do and seeing you all. Your support this year has leaped me through to amazing goals and can’t wait for an even better 2024 together. This pic of my dad as Santa concludes my Xmas cards. It’s been real giving these out over the years, but the ol’ man has had to give up the sleigh at shopping centres. From now on, it’s my Greek biscuits to spoil you with.
