My mission is to help and encourage people to create and be the best version of themselves through yoga, meditation, and healthier lifestyle choices.

Yoga meaning 'Union' or 'Yolk' is the coming together of the mind, body & spirit. It's through our vinyasa style yoga which combines each breath with a movement and into each of our asanas (postures) that creates a powerful practice that can tone and strengthen your body, calm and relax your mind, rejuvinate your spirit.

🌿 Yoga & Meditation Classes Now at The Sanctuary Hub Safety Bay 🌿

We’re excited to open our doors and hearts to the community with weekly yoga and meditation classes starting Sunday 17th August.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, these sessions are designed to help you feel grounded, peaceful, and strong.

🧘‍♀️ Wednesday Yin & Meditation | 7:00 – 8:00pm 🧘‍♂️

Unwind midweek with a calming yin practice followed by guided meditation. Relax deeply, feel Zen, and leave feeling restored.

🌞 Sunday Vinyasa Flow | 8:00 – 9:00am ✨️

Start your Sunday with energy! Flow through an uplifting practice that gets your body moving, builds strength, and improves flexibility.

✨ Both classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels.
