It's mission is to improve the client's quality of life and reduce family stress. Dementia Companion Care can provide customised care plans, in-house assistance (including preparation of meals), a positive and stimulating environment, supportive communication and companionship. This care comes with a Certificate III in Aged Care, First Aid expertise, three years' study in Dementia and challenging behaviours and six years working in Dementia facilities around Perth.
