How to stay consistent with your yoga practice and prioritise your wellbeing โ€” through the lens of yoga philosophy:

Yoga teaches us that our practice is not just what happens on the mat, but how we carry presence into every moment. Even when life feels overwhelming, we can anchor ourselves through mindful choices and steady habits.

Here are someย yogic ways to nurture consistency and wellbeing:

Tap into Tapas (discipline and inner fire):ย Commit to a small, regular practice โ€” even a few mindful breaths or gentle stretches count.
Practice Svadhyaya (self-study):ย Check in with your intentions and notice how your body and mind respond.
Embrace Santosha (contentment):ย Find joy in the small acts of self-care and movement, without needing perfection.
Anchor in breath:ย Use conscious breathing to stay centred, calm, and present, wherever you are.
Create small rituals:ย Mini-practices โ€” a morning stretch, a mindful pause before meals โ€” integrate yoga into daily life.
