Welcome to Eastgate Medical Centre & Skin Cancer Clinic, a fully accredited, privately owned and operated general practice conveniently located in Eastgate Commercial Centre, Rivervale. BILLING OPTIONS:
At Eastgate Medical Centre, we offer a Mixed-Billing practice to accommodate your healthcare needs. Bulk-Billing is available for:
- Children under the age of 16 Health care card,
- Pension Card, and Concession card holders

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES:
Our clinic is a multi-disciplinary General Practice that offers a wide range of healthcare services, however, with a primary focus on:
- Skin Cancer Clinic
- Diabetes Care
- Chronic Disease Management
- Iron Infusion
- Sexual Health
- Travel Health & Immunisation

Pathology Services (Australian Clinical Labs), Physiotherapy & Pilates (Lion Rocker), Acupuncture & Chiropractor (Eastgate Chiropractor) are all conveniently located within our compound. GP CONSULTATION FEES:​
After careful consideration, the changes to our GP Consultation Fees have ben take effect from 1st January 2024 as below:
- Short Consult (Face-to-face or Phone): $65
- Standard Consult (Face-to-face or Phone): $85
- Long Consult (Face-to-face): $130

However, we are committed to maintaining Bulk-Billing for the following groups:
- Children under 16
- DVA (Department of Veterans' Affairs) patients
- Health Care Card and Pension Card Holders

Our Specialist GP-run Skin Cancer Clinic for skin cancer check and removal, offers Private-Billing for all patients. VISIT POLICY:
For a Face-to-Face GP visit with a fever (≥37.5°C) and acute respiratory symptoms like cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or runny nose, we kindly request that you:
1) Obtain a negative COVID test.
2) Wear a well-fitted face mask. We strongly recommend face masks for all patients and attendees. Please note that Phone Consultations will be billed privately. Unfortunately, we can only offer telephone consults if you've visited our medical center within the last 12 months. We appreciate your continued support and understanding as we strive to provide high-quality healthcare services to our community.

As a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and an accredited skin cancer doctor (Skin Cancer College of Australasia), Dr Aung offers comprehensive medical care with a special focus on skin cancer prevention, early detection and management. His additional training in skin cancer medicine and surgery enables him to perform thorough skin checks, dermoscopy assessments and skin cancer treatments.
