6 Ways to Achieve HEALTHY IMPLANTATION 💛

Hey fertility babe, are you struggling to conceive but not sure why?
Implantation failure is one of the biggest hidden roadblocks to pregnancy—yet it’s rarely talked about. If your embryo isn’t sticking, your uterine environment might need more support.

Here’s how you can nurture your body for successful implantation:

✨ Support Your Microbiome → Eat pre & probiotic-rich foods like fermented veggies, yogurt (if tolerated), and fiber-rich plants to create a healthy reproductive microbiome.

✨ Balance Your Hormones → Estrogen, progesterone, and insulin all play important roles. Prioritize blood sugar balance, stress management, and targeted nutrients.

✨ Regulate Your Immune System → Your body should be welcoming an embryo, not mounting a defence against it! Reduce chronic stress and consider immune-balancing nutrients like omega-3s and vitamin D.

✨ Reduce Inflammation → Processed foods, refined sugar, and excessive alcohol can trigger inflammation that disrupts implantation. Swap in whole, anti-inflammatory foods instead.

✨ Improve Uterine Blood Flow → Movement, acupuncture, castor oil packs, and hydration all enhance microcirculation, ensuring your uterus gets the oxygen & nutrients it needs.

✨ Maximize Nutrient Absorption → Your body needs iron, zinc, folate, omega-3s, and antioxidants to create the best implantation environment. Support gut health for better absorption!

I’ve created the Lush Linings Workshop—to help you understand and optimize this vital part of your fertility journey!

Top 8 Reasons to suspect implantation issues could be stopping you from getting your positive pregnancy test.

Finding whats stopping you from getting pregnant can be tricky, and implantation failure is often the last thing suspected

🚩That's a big problem because we know that even the healthiest embryos only have about a 60% chance of sticking for most women.

➡️ This list shows some of the biggest signs we need to focus more on creating healthy endometrial receptivity.

1. Uterine structural issues
2. The thickness of the lining before ovulation
3. Hormone imbalances
4. Immune factors
5. PCOS
6. Adenomyosis and endometriosis
7. Microbiome imbalances and bacterial overgrowth
8. MTHFR genotypes

The tricky thing is MANY of these issues can remain undiagnosed for years.

Let's get more proactive about understanding our implantation factors and advocating for deeper testing earlier.

Once we have the info we can then take specific personalized steps to overcome the barriers and get baby on the way faster.

Yes please!

I'm going to be teaching about all of this and more in my Lush Linings Workshop . It's live and online, I'll be staying on to answer your questions.

You don't want to miss this, it's going to be packed with so many tips and proven strategies 🏅

If pineapple core was the answer, we wouldn’t have implantation failure.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see is this:
That there’s not much you can do to improve implantation beyond pomegranate juice and progesterone pessaries.

That’s simply not true.

Implantation is not a food hack, it's ’s a biological event.
It depends on:
• Blood flow into the endometrium
• Immune tolerance
• Progesterone receptor responsiveness
• Cytokine balance
• Mitochondrial energy within the lining

Yes — bromelain has mild anti-inflammatory properties. Yes — pomegranate supports vascular health.
Yes — progesterone is essential.

But none of those alone correct immune dysregulation. Or improve receptor sensitivity. Or resolve chronic inflammation. Or repair endometrial tissue.

When women are told “there’s nothing much you can do,” it removes agency.

And it’s not accurate.

There is a lot you can do. But it’s nuanced its strategic and mechanism-based.

If you want to understand how to truly improve uterine receptivity... beyond folklore - join me inside the Lush Linings Workshop.

March 19th. 6pm Perth time.
Yes, replays available but you really want to be there for q&a.

We go deep into the biology of implantation and how to strengthen it properly.

When the call comes ..
and it’s negative,
the silence afterwards can feel deafening.

You replay everything. You question every decision. You wonder if you missed something.

Most clinics say, “Let’s try again.”

But what actually changes between cycles?

If the protocol stays the same, if the labs stay the same, if the underlying biology isn’t reviewed… the outcome often stays the same too.

A negative result isn’t always random. And “just try again” isn’t a strategy.

Before you step into another cycle, it may be time to ask a different question:

What needs adjusting?

Inside the IVF Success Workshop, I walk you through the exact patterns I see after thousands of IVF cases; the common blind spots, the biological stress points, and the strategic shifts that can change how your body responds to treatment.

This isn’t about replacing your clinic. It’s about making sure you’re not relying on it to do everything.

If you’re not willing to repeat another cycle without clarity, this is where you start.

👉 Register for the IVF Success Workshop now and go into your next cycle with a plan, not just hope.

If you’ve ever been told “your progesterone is fine”… keep reading.

Progesterone isn’t just about being “in range.”

And it’s definitely not just about inserting a pessary and trusting everything is taken care of.

In both natural and IVF cycles, I see two common mistakes over and over again:

1️⃣ Testing progesterone once in the luteal phase and assuming that’s enough.
Progesterone pulses. It rises and falls. Implantation isn’t a single second, it’s a multi-day process. Your lining needs sustained, adequate support… not just a decent number on one blood draw.

2️⃣ Thinking pessaries alone are enough.
Medicating the luteal phase isn’t the same as optimising it.
If ovulation quality was poor… If the lining didn’t develop well… If progesterone isn’t sustained properly…
Adding medication at the end doesn’t automatically correct what happened earlier in the cycle.

And this is why:
“Your progesterone is fine.” …isn’t always a good enough answer.
Fine for what? Ovulation confirmation? Or truly supporting implantation?

If you’ve experienced failed implantation, are preparing for transfer, or you just want to stop guessing and start understanding what your body is actually doing

... this is exactly what we unpack inside my Lush Linings Workshop.

Did you know? Up to 75% of early pregnancy failures happen because of implantation issues.”

When you’ve been TTC for months — or years — the focus is almost always on ovulation.
Are you timing it right? Is the egg good enough? Are the hormones aligned?

But there’s a powerful piece that’s often completely missed...
👉 Your uterine lining.

I remember a client who came to me after two failed IVF cycles. Perfect embryos. Perfect timing. No implantation. Her doctors told her to just “try again.”

But when we looked deeper, the truth became clear:
Her lining wasn’t receptive.
It was thin, inflamed, and not prepared to hold a pregnancy — yet.

No one had talked to her about blood flow.
No one had tested her progesterone correctly.
No one had asked about the building blocks that create a truly welcoming space for an embryo to embed.

Once we addressed those things?
She saw her first positive test.

✨ If you’ve been told everything looks “fine,” but you still aren’t getting pregnant… your lining might be the missing piece.

Inside my upcoming Lush Linings Workshop, I’ll walk you through the real reasons implantation fails — and how to finally create the conditions that help your embryo say “yes.”

When your timing was perfect.
Ovulation was right on schedule.
Progesterone levels looked fine. Your bloodwork came back “normal.”

And yet… implantation didn’t happen. Again.

This is a heartbreak I’ve seen far too many women endure, especially after IVF cycles that were textbook-perfect… on paper.

But that’s the problem, most fertility protocols focus only on the parts of the puzzle they can easily measure: follicle size, estrogen levels, embryo grading.

… and of course, these matter. But they're not the whole picture.

What’s rarely investigated is the environment the embryo is meant to embed into; your uterine lining, your immune balance, your microbiome, your nervous system.

The truth is: you can do everything right and still not fall pregnant if your body isn’t in a receptive state for implantation.

That’s exactly why I created the Hidden Blocks to Implantation Quiz - to help you uncover the root causes that most clinics don’t test for, and often don’t even discuss.

In less than 5 minutes, this quiz will help you identify if one of the following is standing between you and your positive:
✅ Inflammation
✅ Microbiome imbalance
✅ Nervous system stress
✅ Egg or s***m quality issues
✅ Hormonal mismatch post-ovulation

Let me help you get some clarity!

EMBRYO IMPLANTATION 101

After helping thousands of couples conceive naturally, I want to share what I've learned about this CRUCIAL process

What is implantation really? It's not just biology—it's your body's incredible intelligence in action!

Your embryo doesn't randomly "stick" to your uterine wall. Instead, it's having a sophisticated biochemical conversation with your endometrium, essentially "interviewing" to see if conditions are right for pregnancy

The Magic Window: Days 6-8 post-ovulation This narrow timeframe is when your endometrium is most receptive. Think of it as your body's VIP entrance—only open at the perfect moment!

In my practice, I've noticed that women with the most successful outcomes have ensured 6 critical factors are supported.

Here's what I see consistently:

✅ Optimal progesterone: 40+nmol/L at 7 DPO (US - 15+ ng/mL)
✅ Balanced inflammation markers
✅ Vitamin D: 80-120 ng/mL
✅ TSH under 2.5 mIU/L
✅ Luteal phase over 12 days
✅ Balance, healthy reproductive microbiome

Your body has profound wisdom—sometimes it just needs the right support to express its full potential.

Ready to learn more about implantation success- I can teach you exactly how in the Lush Linings Workshop!

If you have endometriosis.
Or adenomyosis.
Or PCOS.
If you’ve had chemical pregnancies.
If you spot before your period.
If your lining has ever been called “a little thin.”
If you’ve transferred good embryos… and they still didn’t stick.

Please know-those aren’t random.

They’re not just “bad luck.”

They are risk factors for implantation challenges.

And implantation is the most under-investigated part of the fertility journey.

You can optimise egg quality.
You can perfect timing.
You can transfer beautiful embryos.

But if the uterine environment isn’t truly receptive,
if blood flow is compromised,
if inflammation is high,
if progesterone receptors aren’t responding properly,
if the microbiome is disrupted…

Implantation can fail quietly.

This is exactly why I created Lush Linings.

Inside this live workshop, I teach you how to identify what could be blocking implantation, what deeper testing may be missing, and how to support a lining that’s not just thick ... but biologically ready.

If any of those red flags sounded familiar…

The embryo was beautiful.
Timing was perfect.
Hormones were “ideal.”

And then the call comes:

“Unfortunately, the test is negative.”

No explanation.
No clear next step.
Just another cycle ending without answers.

After nearly 30 years in fertility practice, I can tell you this:

When implantation repeatedly doesn’t happen, it is rarely random.

It’s usually a signal.

Not about embryo quality alone — but about endometrial readiness.

Because implantation depends on far more than what standard protocols measure.

The uterus needs:
✔️ A receptive lining
✔️ Balanced immune communication
✔️ A supportive microbiome
✔️ Strong blood flow and nitric oxide signalling
✔️ Stable hormonal coordination after ovulation

When even one of these systems is slightly out of sync, implantation can quietly fail — even when everything appears perfect on paper.

This is the gap many women are never guided to investigate.

And it’s exactly why I created The Lush Linings Workshop.

Inside, I walk you through the overlooked biological factors that influence implantation success, how to recognise the clinical clues in your own history, and what can be done before your next transfer or cycle.

If you’re ready to understand why implantation hasn’t happened — and what to do differently moving forward:

💬 Comment “LUSHLININGS” and I’ll send you the workshop details.

Because repeating cycles without deeper investigation isn’t a strategy.

The two week wait isn’t just a waiting period.
It’s a critical biological window.

While you're watching for signs… your body is navigating one of the most intricate processes in reproduction:

Implantation.

And implantation depends on far more than timing alone, it requires:
• Strong uterine microcirculation
• Stable blood sugar
• Anti-inflammatory signalling
• Responsive hormone receptors
• Effective nutrient delivery
• A healthy uterine environment

This isn’t the phase for under-eating, skipping meals, or “eating light.”

But here’s what most women aren’t told…
Food is only one layer.

If implantation keeps failing, we also need to look at:
Is inflammation being addressed?
Is uterine perfusion strong enough?
Are progesterone receptors actually responding?
Has infection been ruled out properly?

Most clinics don’t explore this depth.

That’s exactly why I created Lush Linings.
Inside the workshop, we go beyond surface-level advice and into true endometrial receptivity so you stop guessing and start preparing.

If you’re in your two week wait right now…
Comment TWW and I’ll send you the workshop details.

Let’s make this cycle intentional.
Seats are $25. Replay included. Link in bio.
