Your clinic can retrieve eggs. But they can't make them healthy.

Once you understand this, your entire approach to IVF will shift.

IVF is incredibly powerful. It stimulates your ovaries, fertilizes eggs in a lab, grows embryos, and transfers them.

But here's what IVF doesn't do:
It doesn't build egg quality.
It doesn't repair mitochondrial function.
It doesn't reduce oxidative stress.
It doesn't balance hormones.
It doesn't address inflammation.
It doesn't optimize s***m DNA integrity.

IVF works with what's already there.

And if the biological foundation isn't strong, you can go through multiple cycles and get the same result each time.

Not because your clinic failed you. But because the terrain wasn't ready.

I see this constantly. Women come to me after multiple failed cycles. Each time they were told: "Let's adjust the medication and try again."

But nothing changed biologically. The eggs weren't healthier. The inflammation wasn't addressed. The deficiencies weren't corrected.

So the outcome stayed the same.

Fertility clinics are designed to retrieve and transfer. They're not designed to build the biological foundation that makes IVF work better.

They're brilliant at what they do. But whole-body preparation requires different support.
That's the gap.

That's what we're covering in The IVF Success Workshop on March 12th.
You'll learn:
✨ What IVF actually does—and doesn't do
✨ The hidden systems that influence embryo quality and implantation
✨ How to prepare your body strategically
✨ The IVF Success Shift™

The workshop is $25. You'll get the live session, replay, workbook, and 4 bonuses including the IVF-Ready Lab List and Embryo Quality Blueprint meal plan.

If nothing changed between your first cycle and your second... why would the outcome be different?

I know that's hard to hear. But it's so important.
Because here's what I see all the time: women who go through IVF, it doesn't work, and they're told "just try again."

But between cycle one and cycle two, nothing changed biologically.

The eggs weren't any healthier. The s***m wasn't any stronger. The inflammation wasn't addressed. The thyroid wasn't optimized. The micronutrients weren't corrected.

And so the outcome stayed the same.
Not because IVF failed. But because the biological foundation wasn't ready.

IVF is a powerful tool. But it works with what you bring to the table. It stimulates the release of eggs that are already there. It doesn't build egg quality. It doesn't repair s***m DNA. It doesn't reduce inflammation or balance hormones.

That's not what it was designed to do.

And if you go into another cycle without addressing what's actually blocking conception, you're hoping for a different result from the same biology.

I'm not saying this to discourage you. I'm saying this because you deserve clarity.

You deserve to understand what actually needs to shift so your next cycle has the best possible chance of working.

And that's exactly what I'm covering in The IVF Success Workshop on March 12th.

We're going to talk about:
✨ The costliest mistake I see women make before IVF ✨ Why "just try again" isn't a strategy
✨ The hidden systems that influence embryo quality and implantation
✨ The IVF Success Shift™ - the clarity you need to prepare your body strategically

This isn't about doing more. It's about doing what actually moves the needle.

The workshop is only $25. You'll get the live session, the replay, the workbook, and 4 bonuses including the IVF-Ready Lab List and Embryo Quality Blueprint meal plan.

There’s something no one really prepares you for with IVF.

How quickly it can become “let’s just try again.”
Another protocol. Another invoice. Another round of hope.

But here’s what I’ve seen after working with thousands of women navigating IVF:
Failed cycles are rarely random. And they’re rarely fully explained.

Your clinic can guide the procedure. But it isn’t designed to optimise everything that shapes the outcome-
egg quality, s***m health, inflammation, mitochondrial function, immune balance, nutrient status.

And those pieces matter.

If you’re preparing for your next IVF cycle, or still processing one that didn’t work, this workshop will help you understand what may have been overlooked, and what actually drives better results.

This isn’t about replacing IVF. It’s about strengthening the biology behind it.

If you’re ready to understand what truly shapes IVF outcomes before your next cycle begins…

DM me “IVFsuccess” and I’ll send you the details 🤍

You did everything right.
A beautiful embryo.
Flawless meds.
Great reports.
And still .. it didn’t work.

It’s heartbreaking.
And confusing.
Because no one explained that IVF doesn’t just need a good protocol…

It needs:
✔️ Eggs + s***m that are truly ready
✔️ Micronutrients that power every step
✔️ Mitochondria that fuel the process
✔️ A lining that knows how to receive
✔️ Hormones balanced before stims begin

When even one of these is off ..quietly, subtly, your body can struggle to respond to IVF the way it should.

✨ That’s why I created The IVF Prep Experience Workshop: to help you uncover the invisible pieces that can make or break your next cycle.

Because you deserve more than “just try again.”
You deserve to know what’s really going on.

Your Day 3 embryos stopped growing.

You'd been waiting. Hopeful. Maybe even letting yourself imagine it working this time.
And then the embryologist calls and says, "They looked good on Day 3... but they didn't make it to blast."

Your heart sinks. Your mind races. What did I do wrong? Is my body broken? Will this ever work?

And then your clinic says, "It happens sometimes. We'll try again next cycle. Maybe we'll adjust your medication dose."

But here's what no one explains: why.

Why did they arrest?
Why didn't they keep growing?
What does that mean about your eggs, your partner's s***m,
or what's happening inside your body?

And without knowing why, how are you supposed to feel confident trying again?

Here's the truth I want you to hear:

When embryos stop developing between Day 3 and Day 5, it's not random. Your body is trying to tell you something.

It's often related to things like:

🔎How much energy your eggs had stored during their development

🔍The integrity of the s***m's DNA (which standard testing doesn't measure)

🔎Chronic inflammation that's quietly affecting cellular health

🔍Nutrient deficiencies that impact mitochondrial function

💡And here's the most important part: these things can be addressed.

You're not powerless. You're not broken.
You just need someone to help you decode what's happening and show you how to support your body properly before your next cycle.

That's exactly what we do in the IVF Prep Experience Workshop.

No fear tactics and no overwhelming science dumps.

Just clear, compassionate guidance on what embryo arrest means, what it tells us about your fertility health, and what you can actually do about it.

We go live March 5th at 6pm AWST, and I'd love to have you there 😘

I'm going to tell you something that might sound counterintuitive.
The women who get pregnant fastest? They prepare first.
I know that feels hard to believe when you've already been waiting so long. When every month that passes feels like lost time. When you just want to start something—anything—that might finally work.

But here's the truth: slowing down strategically doesn't set you back. It moves you forward faster.

When you take 8 to 12 weeks to optimize egg quality, support s***m health, reduce inflammation, and create the fertile foundation your body needs, you don't just increase your chances of success. You decrease the likelihood of repeating cycles that don't work.

Preparation isn't delay. It's smart strategy.

And that's exactly what we cover in the IVF Prep Experience Workshop on March 5th 💚

The women who conceive fastest aren't the ones who rush.

They're the ones who prepare.

I know that feels hard to believe when you've already been waiting so long. But here's the truth: slowing down strategically doesn't set you back. It moves you forward faster.

When you take 8–12 weeks to optimize egg quality, support s***m health, reduce inflammation, and create the fertile foundation your body needs, you don't just increase your chances of success. You decrease the likelihood of repeating cycles that don't work.

Preparation isn't perfection.

It's not about doing everything right or waiting until conditions are ideal. It's about giving your body the building blocks it needs to do what it's designed to do.

And that's exactly what we cover in the IVF Prep Experience Workshop; how to prepare properly so your next cycle has the best possible chance of success.

If you've been told your infertility is "unexplained," I need you to hear this.

That's not a diagnosis. It's a gap in testing.

When a doctor says everything looks "normal," what they usually mean is: the standard fertility workup didn't show any obvious red flags. But here's the thing; standard testing is designed to identify major structural issues like blocked tubes or very low s***m count.

It's not designed to uncover the root causes that quietly sabotage conception.

Things like thyroid antibodies, insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, s***m DNA fragmentation, or immune dysregulation? Those don't usually get tested.

And when they do, "normal" reference ranges are often too wide to catch what's sub-optimal for fertility.

You're not broken. You're under-investigated.

And that's exactly why I created the IVF Essentials Checklist, to help you walk into your next appointment knowing what to ask for, what's been missed, and what actually matters for conception success.

IVF wasn’t designed to prepare you, it was only designed to treat you.

And that gap? It’s where so many women get lost.

If you’re staring down another IVF cycle thinking,
“Something still doesn’t feel right…”

You’re not wrong, you’re just missing the part no one told you about.

✨ I created a free checklist to help you see what your plan may be overlooking, thats the things your clinic isn’t testing, tracking, or even mentioning.

👉 It’s called “What’s Missing From Your IVF Plan”

Inside, you’ll get a clear, science-backed view of what actually needs to be in place before your next transfer.

Because you deserve more than meds and hope.
You deserve to walk in steady, supported, and prepared.

Let’s clear something up:
Progesterone isn’t optional- it’s essential for getting and staying pregnant.

Whether you’re TTC naturally or going through IVF, **low or poorly timed progesterone can quietly sabotage your chances—**even if everything else looks “normal.

Yet far too often:
It’s not tested at all
Or tested at the wrong time
Or supplemented too late—after a pregnancy test is positive, when the most critical window has already passed

Here’s what you really need to know 👇

Progesterone supports implantation, embryo development, and early pregnancy stability,it needs to be optimal before a pregnancy test, not just after.

Many research studies claiming progesterone doesn’t help start supplementation too late, thats after the biological window for success has already closed.

Spotting, short luteal phases, failed transfers, or unexplained miscarriage? Low progesterone could be the missing piece—and it’s often easy to correct once identified.

Standard reference ranges aren’t enough. You need testing done at the right time in your cycle (around 5–7 days post-ovulation) and interpreted by someone who understands functional hormone patterns.

Early support matters. In my clinical practice, correcting progesterone timing and persinalised support has helped many women turn failed cycles into full-term pregnancies.

If you're wondering if progesterone could be playing a role in your journey, let’s talk.

Why does IVF always feel so rushed?

Because the system was designed for clinic schedules, not egg quality.

IVF timelines are designed for clinic efficiency, not egg quality.

That urgency you're feeling? It's not coming from your biology. It's coming from a system that moves fast because it can, not because it should.

But here's the truth: IVF medications stimulate follicles.
They don't improve the quality of your eggs. They work with what's already there.

Which means rushing into a cycle without preparing your body first is like trying to bake a cake with ingredients that aren't fresh. The recipe might be perfect, but the outcome won't be.

You're not falling behind by taking time to prepare. You're being strategic.

The eggs being collected in your next cycle? They're developing right now. And what you do in the next 8 to 12 weeks will directly influence their quality.

If IVF feels rushed, it's because it is. But that doesn't mean you have to move at that pace.

Want to know what should actually be in place before you start? I've created a free IVF Essentials Checklist to walk you through it.

Comment 'IVFessentials' below and I'll send it to you.

Let’s talk about one of the most crucial (and most overlooked) hormones for conception:

🌿 Progesterone.

Whether you’re trying to conceive naturally or preparing for IVF, adequate progesterone is essential for:
✔️ Supporting ovulation
✔️ Thickening your uterine lining
✔️ Maintaining early pregnancy
✔️ Preventing miscarriage

Yet disappointingly
🧪 It’s rarely tested properly
⏱️ Often tested at the wrong time in your cycle
📉 Or dismissed even when it’s borderline low

Here’s the kicker:
Low progesterone is one of the most correctable fertility issues when it’s actually identified.

But too many women are told “everything looks fine” without a clear understanding of:
➡️ When to test
➡️ What optimal (not just “normal”) levels look like
➡️ How to support progesterone naturally or therapeutically

If you’re experiencing:
Short luteal phases (less than 12 days)
Spotting before your period
Unexplained miscarriage or failed implantation
Fatigue, anxiety, or mood swings in the luteal phase...

👉 It’s time to investigate progesterone properly.
In every 1:1 consultation, I go deep into hormone timing, interpretation, and support strategies that are personalized to your cycle, not based on outdated or generic reference ranges.

You deserve answers and a plan that truly supports your body. 😘
