October Highlights at Barridale Lodge 🎶🌿☕️

It’s been a vibrant month full of music, creativity and connection at Barridale Lodge!

Residents enjoyed not one but two live concerts, filling our home with beautiful music and smiles all around. 🎵

Our lifestyle team also kept everyone active and social with a Paint & Sip session that brought out some amazing creativity, relaxing gardening afternoons, and outings to Dome and local cafés—always a resident favourite for coffee, chats and fresh air. ☕️🎨🌼

At Jacaranda Lodge, residents enjoyed a lively concert filled with singing, dancing, and laughter — a wonderful afternoon that lifted everyone’s spirits. 🎤✨

Meanwhile, at Barridale Lodge, the soothing notes of a live piano performance created a calm and joyful atmosphere, bringing smiles all around. 🌷🎹

🌸 Celebrating Sue’s Retirement at Barridale Lodge 🌸

After more than 20 incredible years of dedication and care, our wonderful Housekeeper Susan Hulse retired on October 1st.

Sue has been part of the Elderbloom family since 2004 and is truly one of a kind — always going above and beyond to make Barridale Lodge feel like home. Her attention to detail, kindness, and the love she puts into her work have set the bar high. 💛

Please join us in thanking Sue for her years of service and wishing her all the best in her well-earned retirement. You’ll be dearly missed, Sue! 🌷
