We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating a very special milestone at Wanneroo Community Nursing Home – a wonderful 89th birthday!

Surrounded by friends, laughter and plenty of sweet treats, it was a beautiful day filled with joy, connection and cherished memories. Our residents and team loved coming together to make the celebration extra special.

Easter Afternoon Tea Post

We enjoyed a delightful Easter Afternoon Tea at Wanneroo Community Nursing Home.

Residents gathered to share delicious treats, hot tea and plenty of Easter cheer. The room was filled with smiles, laughter and a wonderful sense of community as everyone came together to celebrate.

Harmony Week Celebrations at Barridale Lodge

Barridale Lodge came alive with colour, culture and connection as we celebrated Harmony Week with a beautiful shared food gathering.

Residents and team members came together to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes, reflecting the diverse backgrounds and cultures that make our community so special. It was a wonderful opportunity to share stories, traditions and meaningful moments over food.

February has been full of connection, creativity and fun at Jacaranda Lodge!

Our residents have enjoyed a variety of engaging activities, including:
Gentle exercise sessions to keep moving and feeling strong

Beautiful flower arranging, bringing colour and creativity into the day

Interactive projector games, sparking laughter and friendly competition

It’s been wonderful to see everyone getting involved, staying active and sharing special moments together.

February Highlights at Jacaranda Lodge

February was full of connection, creativity, and joy here at Jacaranda Lodge!

Our residents were treated to not one, but two wonderful concerts, filling the home with music, smiles, and plenty of toe-tapping moments.

And of course, there’s always time for creativity with our arts and crafts, a chance for residents to express themselves, relax, and enjoy meaningful moments together.

It’s been a beautiful month of engagement, laughter, and community 💛

A beautiful morning out for our residents from Elderbloom Wanneroo Community Care Centre.

Our residents enjoyed a lovely trip to Jindalee Beachfront for coffee, fresh ocean air and great company. There’s nothing quite like sitting by the water, sharing stories, and enjoying a warm drink together.

Moments like these are a wonderful reminder that community, connection and simple pleasures make every day special.
