Today I was gifted this beautiful piece of art with the words “Talk about it. If it keeps you here.”
It’s such a powerful reminder of why spaces like ours exist. Talking about what’s heavy, what’s painful, and what feels too much can sometimes be the very thing that helps us keep going.

I’m deeply grateful for this gift and for the reminder that every conversation matters.

we are officially located at 165 Swansea Street East, East Victoria Park.

Find us in the same building as Victoria Park Chiropractic, opposite Officeworks.

As signage will be installed in a couple of weeks. For now we are the double glass sliding doors as you walk directly from the carpark.

165 Swansea Street East, Victoria Park
(inside the Victoria Park Chiropractic building — enter via the double sliding doors closest to the car park).

As per normal, when you come in — please take a seat, help yourself to a coffee, tea, or snack, and your psychologist will be with you shortly. ☕🍪

Animals in therapy update.

If you’re a regular visitos to our practice you’ll be aware that we had cheese and cake as therapy rabbits in for a trial. Unfortunately, one of our rabbits , cheese, very much did not like being touched. This made transportation to and from the clinic very hard and we have decided to retire them where they are enjoying their life at home very much.

As therapy animals have always had great success in Helping to deal with anxiety, we have now introduced Charlie, our brand-new cavoodle. Whilst in training Charlie will be sitting in Dale’s sessions and he is being trained to provide comfort during panic attacks and help recognise anxiety.

He is in most Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays and if you see him, you are most welcome to give him a pat and a cuddle.
