My name is Vern Campo and I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who is located at ANYTIME FITNESS HIGH WYCOMBE .I am a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT) and Health Rebates are available. My passion began as a young athlete, training under Olympic coaches and athletes.(Javelin Throwing). Just buy in and you will be very very happy you did!!
I don't like to use terms like " It'll change your life " or anything like that, but seeing Vern is by far the best decision I have ever made in regard to getting my pain sorted. You just have to buy in to what he teaches. When I first saw Vern on session #1 he identified why my knee surgery was still inflamed and why I was suffering with consistent lower back pain and pain to the hip and hip flexor. Your operating at about 30% he said. It's amazing how you get used to pain or discomfort and do what you would normally do treatment wise. Now don't get me wrong, all service providers in their chosen field help, but I have never come across anyone that has assisted me like Vern has. After a pleasant greeting I was asked to walk 20 meters away and 20 meters back, then stand like I normally would. Armed with a road map of what I was doing wrong we got to work. By changing the way I stand and the way I walk the results have been brilliant. I'm learning now the importance of activating my core! No sit ups or planking to strengthen. Just focus on walking correctly, standing correctly, and activating my core. The massage is very professional, irons out the tight spots and helps lengthen those muscles that are now working instead of doing very little. There are no instant fixes to permanent pain relief and I just finished my seventh session. I've been doing one session per week, and after week 4 the penny really did start to drop. It's working! Session #8 next week and then I'll push it out to fortnightly then monthly. I'm 59 years old but I don't feel it!! Thanks Vern
