I am a wife to a hard-working husband and mum to 3 beautiful children - a 12YO daughter and 7YO boy/girl twins. I love family, friends, music, dancing, sport and sunshine. I am a wellness enthusiast and my interest in this area continues to evolve. I am very passionate about a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and the practice of treating the 'WHOLE' - body, mind and spirit.
