The most beautiful curve on a woman is the smile on her face! And you know what else? Smiling can make you look younger! UMKC researchers tested the popular theory that smiling might cause others to perceive you as being younger than you actually are. Sure enough, in a small study, college students perceived older people who had happy smiles on their faces as looking younger than their age. So in my books, smiling is one of your best beauty remedies and it won’t cost you a cent! Give it a try, what have you got to lose (other than a few years off your perceived age right?)

She is full.
The portal to her blood has been sealed.
She is drinking in the nectar. She is bathing in its luminous darkness.
Her s*x is a diamond pressed and polished by years of experience and wisdom.
She has passed through all the phases of initiation as a woman.
That heavy web of social conditions all feminine creatures are baptized into.
She is unraveling herself from these webs.
She has liberated her s*x from all their stories.
She is making it to the other side.
Freeing herself.

THE JUICY CRONE:

The Crone phase in a woman’s life brings wisdom, clarity, insight, repose, compassion and knowledge which comes with the culmination of a lifetime of experience.

The Crone embraces letting go, and understands that death is only the beginning. She knows and teaches that we must embrace the change and pain.

She will by her mere presence thrust you deep into the questioning of your morals, values, beliefs! And with the deepest of passion, borne from heartache, she will teach you how to love yourself as deeply as you have loved another. 🥰

Older women who are single, take care of themselves and prefer younger men (for a multitude of reasons) are often referred to as Cougars! This is generally used in a derogatory way.

However, Cougar symbolism represents protection, agility, adaptability, secrecy, beauty, and wealth. Cougar also brings the gifts of Leadership, Awareness, Sensory Evaluation, Spiritual Warrior, Decisiveness, Clairvoyance and the Mother Goddess.

The cougar spirit animal is a helpful symbol that reminds us of how important it is to be willing to adapt and try new things.

Change is inevitable and resisting change can be worse than embracing it. The cougar adapts to survive and thrive and you can too. I know I certainly do! AND, I embrace the term Cougar from this more wholistic, open minded, empowering view!

Time, ladies, to embrace your inner cougar and gracefully dismiss the small minded, hypocritical, derogatory, judgemental double standards of society!
