This week the Wellness Hub had approximately 200 people come through the doors via the Happiness Program, Sky Follow Up, Introductory Talks, Kirtan, Yoga, TLEX and Knowledge Sessions. People meditated, sang, listened to knowledge and everyone left with a smile. What more could one want.

Yoga isn’t about twisting yourself into a pretzel or chasing the “perfect” pose. Even babies can fold their legs behind their heads - that’s not the point.
The real practice begins in stillness. In the simple postures that ask us to stay present.
Yoga is more than movement - it’s preparation for meditation. A practice of awareness, not performance.

When these 3 S’s become part of your life, it becomes a celebration. It’s the reason why we come together weekly to do our kriya (breathwork), yoga, reflect on ancient Hindu scriptures, like the Baghavad Gita and come together for Kirtan and food.

Your breath tells the story of your emotions.
When you are sad, you tend to sigh a lot. When you are angry, your breath speeds up. When fear is our emotion, our breathing becomes shallow.
Paying attention to how you breathe, can help you identify unconscious reactions to your environment… It can also help you learn how to reverse engineer your emotions with your breath and generate balance and calm when stress and anxiety overwhelm you.

What began as a small seed has, through months of preparation and renovation, come into full bloom—and we’re so happy to welcome you.
The Wellness Hub was created as a space to slow down, be present, and reconnect with yourself. In a world that constantly draws us outward, this is a place to return inward—to rest, reflect, and realign.
Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, knowledge sessions, and satsang, we support this journey back to presence, while also nurturing personal growth and community connection.
Rooted in the wisdom of the Art of Living Foundation, many of our teachers have been sharing these practices for years. Now, with deep gratitude, they offer them here—open to all who feel called.
