Hi, my name is Kia, I’m a remedial massage therapist with close to 10 years experience in the industry, and I’m the owner of Right Track Massage.

What I really do is use deep remedial massage techniques such as trigger pointing, deep tissue and dry needling to help reduce stress, tension and pain in the body. I’m also currently developing some embodied boundaries practices to help people break patterns that create stress and tension in the first place.

I believe Remedial Massage is more than maintenance, it’s a tool to empower you for life. When we pay attention to what our bodies are saying and give it what it needs, it can really improve your mental and physical health. Remedial Massage helps you show up for yourself so that you can show up for your community.

The real reason I do what I do is that I want more people in the world to listen to what their bodies are saying to them, so they can take action to be the change they want to see in the world. The world can be a really overwhelming place, and we have all been conditioned to work ourselves to the bone. Physical and Mental exhaustion has become the norm. Remedial Massage can help cut through that noise by reducing pain, fatigue and improving mental clarity. When people pause, rest and ask for help, they create more space for joy in themselves, think clearer, and make better decisions. That's the change I want to see in the world.

If this resonates with you, and you are ready to start showing up for yourself, you can send me a message or book online at my link in bio.

Headaches can be caused by a multitude of things. Most commonly in clinic, clients come in with tension headaches due to stress, jaw clenching or tension in the body.

By massaging the neck, back, shoulder and jaw muscles, we are able to reduce tension and tightness in the body, which has been shown to significantly reduce reoccurence of headaches. In some instances, it is also able to help with sinus headaches and migraines by addressing the underlying issues bringing on these issues.

Massage also reduces stress, increases blood flow and promotes relaxation.

Dry needling- ever wondered what it does? Read the description below 👇

Dry needling specifically targets trigger points, and helps release muscle tension by stimulating a small twitch response, improving blood flow, and reducing pa in signals from the nervous system.

I am able to use this on the whole body, excluding feet, and especially love incorporating it in deep hip work, tight calves for runners, on forearms for people who work in manual labour, or where the muscles are so sensitive that broad pressure is too much for the body to handle.

Please note that if you need Dry Needling in your feet- you should book with one of our fabulous podiatrists instead.

Did you know that I also offer functional cupping? I particularly love using it for treatment of shin splints, elbow pain, or when a client is feeling too sensitive for deep tissue massage. I apply the cups then encourage clients to move their bodies, which assists to release the fascia (lining of the muscles), while telling the body that it is safe to move.

This dynamic process aims to soften tissues, increase range of motion, improve circulation and provide new neural input to decrease pain and restore functional movement. The combination of suction and movement provides a deeper, more interactive release than traditional cupping.

Ask me about it when you next book with me - it comes at no extra cost ✨️

Hey team! Wanted to reintroduce myself. My name is Kia, and I am a remedial massage therapist based at in Claremont. I have been working in massage for almost a decade now - with my main focus being sports massage.

I use a combination of trigger points, tapping and deep tissue massage to release tight, sore muscles. While I would not say that the techniques I use are "relaxing", I will say that they can be incredibly meditative. I am not a beleiver in the statement "no pain-no gain" and will always work within your comfort levels to get the best results.

I also offer dry-needling and functional cupping.

If you are in need of an appointment, call 08 9383 3350 and ask for a massage with Kia, or click on the link on my bio. Look forward to seeing you at the clinic!
