In my Birth mystic mentorship we combine postpartum massage and the body wrap (closing bones) into a Ceremony workshop. On the final afternoon we invite some mama's to experience a session and then provide feedback to the students. It is always an amazing weekend! These are some of my favourite days! 🥰

In April, I will be offering 1hr biodynamic cranial-sacral therapy sessions BY DONATION. Without this cheesy grin created by AI. 🤣
I had a recent experience with a client where I witnessed her body's innate intelligence work through a physical trauma from her first birth and it was mind-blowing for both of us! She is happy for me to share her experience and I will do another post and try and work out how to upload her voice note to me where she updated me post session.
