Hey, My Way Fam,
We just wanted to share some amazing news with you 🥹
Today, Sandra, one of our amazing participants, popped into the office with gifts for her support team — just to say thank you! 💛
A few months ago, she was going through a tough time. With the support of our team, we helped link Sandra to a Commercial Cooking course at TAFE — something that would let her build skills, volunteer, and contribute to the community.
Since then, she’s rediscovered purpose, gained confidence, and is improving her mental health. She’s a beautiful example of someone moving from receiving support to sharing it with others, and she’s even offered to help with our aged care events!
Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. It’s not just support — it’s helping people believe in themselves again.
So proud of you, Sandra! 🌟

While we didn’t take home the award this time, we’re proud to be recognised for our commitment to creating a mentally healthy, supportive, and positive workplace. 💚
