In Ayurveda, healthy conception is supported by the balance of four essential factors: Rutu (timing), Kshetra (uterine health), Ambu (nourishment), and Beeja (healthy o**m). When these elements function harmoniously, the body is better prepared for conception.

Women’s fertility is closely connected to hormonal balance, menstrual cycle regularity, uterine health, and overall vitality. Factors such as stress, digestive imbalance, lifestyle patterns, and nutritional deficiencies may influence reproductive health.

Ayurveda focuses on restoring balance within the body by supporting hormonal harmony, improving uterine wellness, and strengthening overall vitality. Through personalised consultations, your unique constitution, menstrual health, lifestyle, and wellbeing are carefully assessed.

At Aura Ayurveda, we take an individualised approach to help support natural fertility through Ayurvedic dietary guidance, lifestyle practices, herbal support, and therapeutic treatments when appropriate.

Begin your fertility wellness journey with a personalised consultation.

Feeling constantly tired, restless, or overwhelmed?

When stress becomes long-term, the body can remain in a constant “alert mode.” This often leads to increased cortisol, the body’s main stress hormone. Over time, elevated cortisol can affect sleep quality, energy levels, digestion, and emotional balance.

In Ayurveda, chronic stress is often linked to Vata imbalance, which influences the nervous system and the body’s ability to relax and restore itself.

Ayurveda approaches this gently by helping the body return to balance through supportive practices such as nourishing food, grounding daily routines, therapeutic oil treatments like Abhyanga, calming therapies such as Shirodhara, breathing practices, meditation, and herbal support.

When the nervous system feels supported, the body can gradually move from survival mode back to a state of calm and resilience.

If stress has been affecting your wellbeing, it may be time to listen to what your body is asking for.

Discover how Ayurvedic care can support your journey to calm and balance.

Ageing is not a decline, it’s a transition.
In Ayurveda, healthy ageing is about preserving strength, clarity, mobility, and joy as life evolves.

As we grow older, Vata naturally increases. This can affect joints, digestion, sleep, memory, and energy levels. Ayurvedic care focuses on nourishing tissues, calming the nervous system, supporting digestion, and maintaining daily balance, so ageing feels steadier, not restrictive.

With personalised consultations, gentle therapies, herbal support, and lifestyle guidance, Ayurveda supports wellbeing at every stage of life helping you age with grace, comfort, and vitality.

A thoughtful approach to ageing, rooted in tradition and guided by individual needs.

In Ayurveda, breath is life.
Prana, the subtle energy carried by each breath sustains the nervous system, mental clarity, and inner balance.

Pranayama is not about control, but awareness.
Through slow, conscious breathing, the body shifts out of overstimulation, Vata settles, and the mind finds steadiness. Over time, this simple daily practice supports calmness, better focus, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

A few mindful breaths each morning can become a quiet anchor, helping you move through the day with more ease and balance.

If you’re seeking personalised Ayurvedic guidance for breathwork, lifestyle, or holistic health, we’re here to support you.

Hair fall isn’t just about what you see on the surface, it often reflects deeper imbalances within the body.
In Ayurveda, hair health is closely connected to digestion (Agni), tissue nourishment (Dhatu), stress levels, and the balance of Vata & Pitta.

Rather than quick fixes, Ayurveda focuses on understanding why hair loss is happening whether it’s due to stress, hormonal shifts, poor nourishment, or lifestyle patterns and supporting the body to restore balance naturally.

At Aura Ayurveda, our approach begins with a personalised consultation, followed by tailored therapies, herbal support, and lifestyle guidance designed to support long-term hair and scalp health.

If you’re noticing thinning, excessive shedding, or changes in hair quality, your body may be asking for deeper care not just products.

Book a consultation and begin a more mindful, root-level approach to hair healing.

Menopause is not a disorder, it’s a natural transition.
But that doesn’t mean you have to struggle through it alone.

In Ayurveda, menopause (Rajonivritti) is understood as a phase where Vata and Pitta qualities naturally rise, influencing heat regulation, sleep, emotions, digestion, and overall vitality.
The focus is not suppression of symptoms, but restoring balance at the root.

Through personalised guidance, Ayurveda supports this transition by strengthening digestion (Agni), nourishing tissues (Dhatus), calming the nervous system, and preserving Ojas, your vital resilience.

Every woman’s experience is different.
A thoughtful consultation helps understand what your body needs right now whether that’s routine support, nutrition, herbs, or restorative therapies.

If you’re feeling “not quite yourself,” this may be your body’s way of asking for gentler care.
We’re here to support you through this transition, with compassion and clarity.

🌙 Ramadan Kareem

Ramadan is a sacred period of fasting, self-discipline, reflection, and spiritual renewal.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, fasting from dawn to sunset naturally encourages the body to slow down, reset digestion (Agni), and cultivate mindfulness in daily habits.

When fasting is supported with balanced nourishment at Suhoor and Iftar, adequate hydration after sunset, and sufficient rest, the body is better able to maintain energy, digestive comfort, and inner balance throughout the month.

This time of restraint and reflection can also become a time of gentle realignment supporting both spiritual focus and overall wellbeing.

May this Ramadan bring peace, clarity, and balance to you and your loved ones.

Sexual and reproductive health is not separate from overall wellbeing, it reflects the body’s inner balance.

In Ayurveda, reproductive vitality (Shukra / Artava Dhatu) is nourished through strong digestion, proper tissue nourishment, balanced hormones, and the preservation of Ojas, the essence of vitality.

On Sexual & Reproductive Health Awareness Day, we encourage awareness, preventive care, and a holistic approach to long-term vitality and wellbeing.

In Ayurveda, pomegranate (Dadima) is valued as a nourishing, balancing fruit.

Traditionally included in the diet to support digestion, blood nourishment (Rakta Dhatu) and overall body strength. Its naturally sweet and astringent qualities make it gentle on digestion while helping maintain internal balance especially in heat and fatigue states.

Modern research also recognises pomegranate for its antioxidant richness and role in heart and vascular wellness.

Ayurveda reminds us that daily foods can quietly support health and healing over time.

Simple. Natural. Nourishing.

World Cancer Day | 4 Feb

Cancer reshapes life in ways that are often unseen.
For those living with it, every day calls for strength, courage, and quiet endurance.

Today, we honour the fighters, their resilience and determination,
and the care, compassion, and support that walk beside them.

Ayurveda reminds us that wellbeing is nurtured daily through mindful routine, nourishment, rest, and balance.

Small, conscious acts of care can support health and healing at every stage of life.

On this World Cancer Day, we stand in awareness, compassion, and hope. 💜
