This November while in Sydney for the last in-person Board Meeting for the year, I had the chance to dress up for the ATMS ‘Great Gatsby’ Gala and mingle with other health practitioners and natural medicine industry suppliers. It reminded me how grateful I am to be working in the health industry, alongside passionate practitioners, and working as a Nautropath and helping amazing women feel healthier and stronger in their bodies. I love what I do✨
It was a lovely pause - a night to celebreate, chat, dance and appreciate the wonderful world of natural medicine.

I know life is busy and prioritizing your health, despite best intentions, can be hard. That’s where I come in. I’m your health detective and cheerleader for change. If you’re tired, burnt out, stressed, have a health condition, or just feeling blah, I can find out way and help you heal. Perhaps you know all the ‘right’ things to do for your health, but have trouble being consistent or finding balance (don’t we all?). We are so inundated with information on health and wellness these days that it’s hard to know what will work for you. That’s why I take a 360 look at your health so we can personalize a wellbeing plan to suit the unique person you are.
We’ll look at your health history, current lifestyle and dietary habits. I may order pathology, functional tests and/or genetic tests to get a better idea of what’s going on for you. Then we treat with scientifically proven natural therapies such as diet, lifestyle, botanical medicine, nutritional supplementation and mindset coaching.
These are just a few of the health conditions I treat:
Digestive issues and gut health including IBS and food intolerances
Stress, fatigue, burnout, unstable energy
Mood irregularities including anxiety and depression
