The Point of The Focal Point.

Eyes are so much more than just visual acuity. Our comprehensive eye examination includes not only how clearly you see things far away but also includes how your eyes team, move and focus. Eyes work differently up close when reading, writing or looking at computers and so tests for up close vision must be included as part of a thorough eye examination.

As a friendly, professional team we pride ourselves on making your vision our vision and combine our knowledge, experience and personalised service to ensure everyone achieves their best visual performance.

The Focal Point is made up of Bernie, our Behavioural Optometrist and Mel, our Optical Dispenser.

Earlier last year we welcomed a new member to our team. Daisy the Therapy Dog. Daisy is a Miniature Schnauzer and is training to be an emotional support dog. She is usually resting by the window of our vision therapy room and is always happy to greet everyone who comes in. She loves to make anyone who is feeling anxious and worried smile and is a much loved addition to our team.
