It claims the lives of approximately 5200 people every year but can be treated if detected early.

Some simple lifestyle changes to lower your cholesterol:

Protect yourself from biters!
Use repellents and wear long pants and long-sleeved tops.

Mild and local reactions to a mosquito bite include:

👉 Redness
👉 Swelling
👉 Burning pain
👉 Itching

Treat the affected area by:

👉 Applying an ice pack
👉 Cleaning it with water
👉 Taking a painkiller or antihistamine if need be

Pertussis or whooping cough is a highly serious infection of the lungs caused by bacteria.

Some common symptoms include:

😷 Sore throat
😷 Running nose or blocked nose
😷 Sneezing
😷 Dry cough
😷 Bit of a temperature
😷 Watery eyes

It is mainly very serious in babies under the age of 12 months.
