It’s been almost 3 years since I visited America! The trip revolved around a international conference training with Bodyharmony and it was to be my last experience of Don McFarland, what an amazing man!
It was the first time in more than a decade that I was totally, body pain free! I didn’t even realise that until I was on my way back home and something felt strange but I couldn’t put my finger on it! Strange how we get use to, or put up with something and then when it’s gone life feels strange or out of the ordinary!
In our busy lives it’s nice to take time out to relax, let go of the stress and move to a different state of being, even if we experience something only for a short period of time our body will have a new reference point to reflect to.
I’m back offering regular sessions again. Be it in the form of working with your body towards stress relief, or maybe it’s something on a deeper, more physical level.
The type of session you can experience , is bound only by your imagination. What do you want to create for yourself?

The memories of my trip always come to life when I have a coffee from my favourite cup. The Conservatory was the best place to get coffee and meet some very, interesting people!

I'm SO proud of my husband Steve who is FINALLY doing what he loves and receiving amazing feedback. The guy he worked with yesterday was astounded at the results he experienced after the session. If you are suffering...STOP IT! Do what works! Call Steve! :)

Steve is up up up in the sky today on his way to Brisbane to do more Body Harmony training. He went to LA last year and became a practitioner and is now working on becoming a Body Harmony Teacher so he can start teaching this technique in Perth. As soon as he gets back in a few weeks he'll be getting right into this work... and he can't wait!

What Steve does is difficult for even Steve to explain ... but here is my explanation ...

Steve's ability to LISTEN DEEPLY to the body and follow what he hears, allows the body to RELAX and feel SUPPORTED which then gives THE BODY THE OPTION for permanent change and RELEASE .

It's as simple as that.

It's a bit like when you are speaking to someone who is deeply listening to what you are saying ... you can relax ... right? Rather than speaking to someone who is trying to fix you or analyse you or who changes the subject all the time or asks you questions ... this makes you feel unsupported, unimportant, disempowered and basically pi**ed off!

We ALL want to be heard. Especially our bodies. Our cells tingle with joy when they know they are being listened to. And lucky for us Steve's hands know how to listen!
