An integrative, evidence-informed overview of practitioner support in cancer care, framed within a systems-based clinical model. Content includes establishing and monitoring appropriate pathology baselines; nutritional biochemistry and blood chemistry assessment; microbiome considerations in immune and metabolic function; dietary foundations to support nutrient status; and relevant lifestyle factors.
Estrogen-sensitive cancers will be reviewed from a pathology and biochemical perspective, along with supportive considerations alongside conventional medical treatment.
Meet: Deana-Dee Armstrong is a naturopath and educator with nearly 30 years of clinical experience and currently serves as Team Lead for Clinical Support at Metagenics. In this role, she provides advanced clinical guidance, practitioner education, and mentoring, supporting evidence-informed decision-making across a wide range of complex clinical presentations.
