Self diagnosis time....Which point is your health at: 1, 2, 3 or 4?
1) POINT EASY - you’re carrying a few extra kilos, feeling a bit bloated, energy is not as good as it used to be but it doesn’t stop you from doing most things, eating a bit of junk food here and there but mostly you feel like diet is pretty good with perhaps 1-2 coffees/teas a day, some alcohol but not every day 😬
2) POINT DIFFICULT - feeling not so good, carrying excess weight, have some brain fog, you have some health issues creeping in...possible cholesterol issues, high or low blood pressure, general sluggishness, bloating, not sleeping so well, possible skin rash/eczema/psoriasis issues, not exercising much, eat lots of processed foods, drinking coffee and alcohol most days 😔
3) POINT CRISIS - serious health issues diagnosed, carrying excess weight, tiredness, brain fog, always bloated, gut issues, difficulty sleeping, possible depression/anxiety, skin issues, eating lots of processed foods, drinking coffee/alcohol regularly, not motivated to exercise at all, feel overwhelmed 😱😲
OR none of the above
