We are Tim and Kristy Fleming,
Over the past 6 years we have strived to learn as much about how our ancestors lived, how healthy they were and how easy it was for them to be self sufficient. We have not learnt it all yet, but nowadays we are in many ways living like them...

Yes, we live in a big city, yes we live on a small sandy beachside block and yes we have three gorgeous children that take up a lot of our time. Our intention with this site is to share our new found resources, offer you products that we have come across on our journey, products we use, love and trust.
